Mariela brings 30 years of extensive experience in commercial workplace and real estate strategy, building repositioning and transformation and interior design services as well as new homes and renovations, and architectural conversions of historic structures into net zero Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).  She has worked in four of the five continents in the world and spent 4 years working in Mexico City.
